Information about the Linky meter
The Linky meter is a smart electronic meter implemented by electricity suppliers in France to measure electricity consumption for households and businesses. It replaces old mechanical electricity meters and offers many innovative features for more efficient energy management.
Here is some information about it:
- It communicates information about your energy consumption.
- It records two load curves for injection and withdrawal, providing an average power with a step of 10 to 60 minutes
- It detects and diagnoses anomalies and records events corresponding to an outage.
- You can directly consult information on the meter such as the contract name, consumption in kWh, subscribed power, and apparent power.
For first use, press and hold the “+” button on the Linky meter for approximately 10 seconds to initiate commissioning (under-voltage)
