Technical Questions

Yes:

  • If a Linky meter is installed in your home, you have access to consult your consumption (monthly, weekly, daily). Attached is an explanatory guide: link to the PDF.
  • If you do not yet have a Linky meter, an actual reading is taken every 4 months, and you can consult them on our online agency
  • If you wish to have a Linky meter installed, please contact us to schedule an appointment for the technical intervention.

There are 3 distinct timeframes:

  • By default, the “standard” service allows for commissioning within 3 to 5 business days.
  • At the client's request and if a slot is available in our intervention schedule, a paid “express” service allows for commissioning within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Exceptionally, depending on our availability and at the client's request, a paid, surcharged “same-day commissioning” service allows for commissioning in less than 24 business hours.
The costs of these different services and options are set by the CRE (Energy Regulatory Commission) and are listed in our service catalog. (link to service catalog page)

The service catalog lists the services offered, along with their cost and intervention time. Download the service catalog on the Offers & Tariffs page

Your meter is read by a technician. However, you can take your own reading. For this, an explanatory guide is available here.
