The electricity utilities of the communes of Tignes, Montvalezan, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, and Villaroger announce their merger to create Énergies Haute Tarentaise (EHT). This strategic consolidation, which will take effect on January 1, 2025, aims to guarantee a local energy service, strengthen the resilience of local infrastructure, and accelerate the transition towards renewable energies.
